Review of The Red Cow Moran’s Hotel

The Red Cow Moran’s Hotel

I had a meeting in Moran’s yesterday morning and I have to say, it still is a fine hotel. Full Irish was top notch - maybe a little pricey at €10.

Review of Zoho.com

Zoho.com

I am using the project management module of Zoho.com - it really is great. You can set up people, assign tasks, create milestones, use Zoho spreadsheets etc.

Do not hire Cross Hire

Phoned Crosshire.ie - Man came, said it was another man’s area, said he would ask other man to phone, other man did not phone, I phoned original man, he phoned other man, other man phoned me and asked me if I received a call from yet another man. I said no. He said he would phone other man and get him to phone me back and he would also phone me either way by 5pm yesterday.

Guess what.

No phonecall.

RSS @ The Barber Shop

Sitting in barber shop. 6 guys on front of me. 4 of them are reading tabloids mainly the sports section. I’m reading blogs via RSS while I can see they are reading about their favourite football team and rivals. What will this Q look like in years to come. I mean surely even today there are feeds they could be reading on their phones, images and all. Even audio and video. Im guessing this shop is paying at least 5 bucks a day on newspapers not to mention glossy car mags. Better spent on wifi and get the young helper to show people how to use it.
