Organic meat is top quality; there is just no other way to say it. Today I am with Irish Organic Meats in Co. Cavan and their organic meat products are extraordinary.

I won’t get to sample their entire range today but it includes Organic Beef, Organic Lamb, Organic Pork and Organic Chicken.

I am about to start delivering a Social Media Marketing Course as part of the West Cavan/West Fermanagh Regeneration Project

For a long time I have wanted to set up a podcast and now I am finally giving it a go with ipadio and my iphone. Why now, well to be honest it is just so easy with ipadio. Simply install the app on the iphone and start recording. It will also sync with iTunes, Facebook and Twitter. (Not available with your own hosted WordPress blog as far as I can tell).

You can also use it to record interviews either face-to-face or record phone call interviews.

ipadio will also convert your audio to text which is really cool (not 100% accurate but sufficient). Example:  my name Burn instead of Beirne, but some people do pronounce it Bernie (Ber Knee) so I guess Burn is not so bad. You can go in and edit the text afterwards.
